Section B: If you have received a product which in the unlikely event turns out to be defective, please Notify us Within a Reasonable Time by E-mail (Within 3 Days) ; We will forward you a Form which must be filled and returned.
Section C: A Valid Return must be in it’s original condition, undamaged, unused, with the original labels and swing tickets attached, in the original packaging undamaged.
Section D: A Return must be actioned by courier within 7 Days.
Section E: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged by wear & tear usage Or Incomplete – Missing Parts.
Section F: We will exchange free of charge and deliver free of charge Pertaining to latent & patent defective merchandise Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, We can offer you a refund/exchange by Courier at No Charge.
Section G: Customers are responsible for shipping fees regarding unwanted / change your mind merchandise.
Section H: The following will not be regarded as Defective Merchandise and therefore will not entitle you

jangi crystals, gems and products are manufactured by delicate materials that must be handled with special care. To ensure that your jangi products remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage.
Some Basic Information About Your Jewellery
Store your jewellery in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
Avoid contact with water.
Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal.
